Well after 12 months of planning it is finally time to start Brook 2 Beaches. I head off tomorrow morning at 9:00.
Not sure of the forecast for the weather but it has rained here for a couple of days and looks pretty set in.

ReplyDeleteHope we didn't put you off too much with our 'surprise' visit to the Brook this morning.
It was a proud moment to see you finally launching on your EPIC journey this morning. As you paddled away from us I thought about all the effort & countless hours of preparation you had done for this. Dan would have been uber-proud of his Uncle Phils efforts, as are we!
We wish you the best of luck with plenty of "refreshing" weather as you paddle & a decent nights restful sleep to top off each day.
